Redalyc-AmeliCa-Angola Collaboration

After several videoconferences early this year, both universities agreed to work jointly setting the first goals:

1. Strengthen the journal Sapientiae to be indexed by Redalyc.

2. Create a website for Angola to showcase its journals and as a means to train researchers from Oscar Ribas University on science communication so that they may carry the knowledge acquired in the country and take it to the main universities.

As to the first goal, Oscar Ribas University installed the software Open Journal System, an analysis was carried out and they published the article Artigas, W. and Gungula, E.W. (2020). Gestión de revistas a través de OJS:

“Artigas, W. y Gungula, E.W. (2020). Gestión de revistas a través de OJS: Experiencia de éxito Angolana. e-Ciencias de la Información, 10(1). doi: 10.15517/eci.v10i1.39771“.

A meeting was held with member of the International Editorial Board of Spaientiae Dr. Wileidys C.
